Quick check-in process was appreciated.
I experienced continuous loud noise throughout the night. Guests were talking and laughing loudly near the front desk, preventing me from sleeping. When I reported it to the staff, they seemed indifferent and unhelpful about the situation.

It was a nice choice for a city escape in Albuquerque with decent value for money. The front desk was super helpful and quickly got us checked in without any hassle. Make sure to keep an eye on your belongings in the parking lot.

We explored local markets for authentic Native American jewelry and went hot air ballooning, which was a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean and close to everything we wanted. The staff was friendly, and the shuttle made getting around easy.
During our stay, I noticed that the breakfast area could get crowded, making it difficult to find a seat during peak hours.

Clean room with comfy beds, but noisy neighbors made it hard to sleep.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03comfortable bedsclean roomcrowded pooldifficult parkingprivate balcony accessibility
The stay was enjoyable, particularly the comfort of the two queen beds and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast selection was excellent, with options like eggs and bacon that were more than satisfactory for fueling us for the day ahead. A pleasant feature was the private balcony, offering a nice spot to relax. However, finding parking close to the room at peak times was somewhat challenging, and the pool area tended to get crowded.

Yo, the local eats here are top-notch! We hit up Waffle House just down the street for those perfect buttery waffles. Plus, there’s a chill picnic area at the hotel, great for a casual bite after exploring Albuquerque. Oh, and that shuttle service is a gem! The staff was super helpful and friendly.
But let’s be real. the joint had no elevator, which was a hassle, especially with all those bags. Also, the heater acted up and blew out some funky air—had to keep it off.

missingWrote a review on Jun 14noise disturbance
While the room offered comfort, I noticed some inconveniences that could detract from the experience. The adjoining door to the neighboring room allowed for significant noise during the night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the lack of an elevator made lugging bags to the second floor a challenge, particularly for those with mobility issues. The breakfast selection, although available, leaned minimal, which might leave some guests wanting more. Overall, while the comforts were there, these points may affect certain travelers' preferences.

Family with children worth a shot
The staff was pleasant, and housekeeping was very helpful. They even assisted with carrying my daughter's suitcase down the stairs, which was nice given her walking disability.
It wasn’t cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

This hotel is conveniently close to the airport with a great breakfast spread, but some cleanliness issues and noise from neighboring rooms made the stay less than ideal. Waiting for breakfast could be frustrating as there were times when items ran out and were not replaced promptly.
